CTIA, Consumers Union and the FCC Announces New Industry Guidelines

CTIA-The Wireless Association, Consumers Union and the FCC announced new industry guidelines benefiting more than 300 million U.S. wireless consumers. Speakers included CTIA President and CEO Steve Largent; FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski and Parul P. Desai, Policy Counsel, Consumers Union.
