CPNI Webinar—Second in a Series In response to members’ requests for more learning opportunities, CCA held its second webinar on Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). The FCC order on CPNI puts a particular burden on small and rural carriers and sorting out the details of the requirement can be tedious and confusing. What is and is not included in CPNI? When can carriers use CPNI? What deadlines do you need to be concerned about? All this and more was answered during the webinar attended by 43 active participants.
